Testing Facilities
Discover superior environmental lab capabilities.
Our state-of-the-art testing facilities can effectively simulate any environment an aircraft might experience to ensure that systems and components perform to your specifications.
And convenient in-house testing provides you with agile development that saves time and speeds validation.
Experience the benefits of an in-house testing facility
Our unique test capabilities set us apart and give your product an advantage throughout the testing process.
Without in-house capabilities:
Commonly with testing, engineers and technicians must travel to the manufacturing site and hard stops occur when failures happen. These delays quickly cost the project time and money.
With in-house capabilities:
In contrast, our in-house engineers and technicians get real-time testing feedback and can respond to problems immediately, avoiding delays.

Likewise, our on-site manufacturing capability enables rapid turnaround on test components, often within 48 hours. This means that your project stays on track and on budget.

Environmental lab capabilities
For system testing:
Entire air conditioning system can be assembled in the lab and operated under differing conditions while the computer monitors system performance. Our data acquisition system allows us to acquire 90 channels of information (pressures, temperatures, current draw, air flows, etc.) on a real-time basis.
For individual component testing:
On an individual component level, our testing lab can evaluate the performance of evaporator and condenser coils, blowers and compressors. The lab can operate 12v dc, 28v dc or 400hz ac equipment. We can analyze electric systems as well as engine-driven systems.
